How is a piece authenticated?+
Every watch is physically inspected by our specialists before listing or before an offer is finalized. Movement, case, dial and papers are checked against manufacturer references.
How long does sourcing take?+
Typically 24 to 48 hours for a verified match and firm quote. We only purchase once you've approved it: nothing is bought on your behalf without sign-off.
Do you ship internationally?+

Is a valuation the same as a firm offer?+
The live valuation is an estimate based on current market data. A firm offer follows physical inspection and authentication.
